Roy grew up in Iowa and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Iowa State University. He brings to his real estate consulting practice extensive sales and management experience, including assignments for 17 years in Europe and Asia.
As a result, Roy probably has the largest network of potential buyers in real estate. Working as an executive serving the energy industry, he lived and worked on three continents, in six countries and six states. He has personal and professional relationships in over 75 countries.
The Stevenson family moved to the Houston area and have been homeowners in The Woodlands since 1993. As a result, Roy´s understanding of the local real estate market, along with his in-depth knowledge of real estate contracts, principles, and practice provides both buyers and sellers with first rate consultation services.
